MelanInScience is building one of the first truly integrated life sciences ecosystems designed to connect every stage of the biotechnology talent pipeline—from students and early-career professionals to founders, investors, executives, and senior industry leaders. Rather than operating as a standalone mentorship or workforce development program, MelanInScience serves as the connective tissue across California's biotechnology ecosystem, creating meaningful relationships that accelerate innovation, career mobility, and inclusive economic growth.
