MelanInScience is a workforce and innovation platform focused on building stronger connections across biotech, technology, and emerging talent ecosystems. Since our founding in 2024, we’ve impacted over 3,000 people across 15 states and 20 countries. We’re building a future where diverse scientists are not just represented in STEM — they are at the forefront of innovation, leadership, and discovery.
